Brad Kammer, LMFT, LPCC is the founder and Training Director of the Complex Trauma Training Center. Co-Author of The Practical Guide for Healing Developmental Trauma, Brad has studied under and taught with NARM creator Dr. Laurence Heller for over 20 years.   Brad began his career as a Humanitarian Aid Worker in Asia which introduced him to personal and collective trauma.  He later worked in community mental health with youth and families.  For over two decades now, Brad has been committed to supporting individuals and communities in the transformation of trauma.  Brad’s work focuses on the integration of Somatic Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Relational Models, and wisdom from Traditional Cultures and Spiritual Traditions.  Brad lives in a small town in Northern California with his family where he works as a Psychotherapist, College Professor, and International Consultant and Trainer on Complex Trauma.

Stefanie Klein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, NARM Master Therapist, consultant, and trainer. Stefanie is also a SE Practitioner.  She has spent over 25 years in her Los Angeles private practice specializing in treating adults with trauma and anxiety disorders. For the past 15 years, she has had the distinct privilege of being mentored by Dr. Laurence Heller, founder of The Neuroaffective Relational Model. Stefanie has found NARM to be an extremely effective model for working with attachment, relational, and developmental trauma. She has also witnessed first-hand how personally and professionally transformational the NARM Therapist and NARM Master Trainings have been, as well as the CTTC community which supports and mentors therapists in their work with complex trauma. Stefanie is excited to be part of the leadership of the Complex Trauma Training Center and looks forward to continuing to support therapists that are looking to have more ease and efficacy in their practice.

Marcia Black is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, NARM Senior Training Assistant, and CTTC Faculty Committee member. Mentoring students and Training Assistants, and nurturing the growth of the community of graduates committed to ongoing learning, is a passion she brings to CTTC. Marcia is also a NARM Master Therapist and has been in private practice for over 40 years in SF and the East Bay, specializing in treating complex and developmental trauma, and other psychological conditions. Coming from a background in Attachment, Relational and Intersubjective approaches, as well as experience as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner and SE Assistant, Marcia finds the NARM model offers an invaluable and inspiring contribution to understanding and approaching the psychotherapy process, not only in working with C-PTSD but also more broadly. Marcia’s mentorship is based in a relational approach that invites an exploration into the therapist’s inner experience and growth, alongside that of the client’s.  Marcia is excited about supporting ongoing training, consultation and mentorship in her role at CTTC.
