CTTC Community Retreat

Celebrating the Community & Nourishing the Soul

September 25-29, 2025

During CTTC trainings, many participants have requested a space to come together in-person to connect, share, learn, heal, and grow. Now is the time! After many years of dreaming and visioning, we are so excited to be launching our first-ever CTTC Community Retreat!

Celebrating the Community & Nourishing the Soul is a rejuvenating retreat specifically designed for the CTTC/NARM® community, blending personal healing with opportunities for professional development and community connection.

We invite you to dedicate a few days to your own health and well-being, and step away from your busy practice to immerse yourself in a nurturing environment designed to nourish you both personally and professionally.

Deepen Your Self-Awareness: Explore meaningful practices that restore your well-being, mindfulness, and resilience, ensuring that you return home, and back to your practice, feeling renewed, recharged and connected to a community of support.

Enhance Your Professional Journey: Participate in workshops and discussions that will provide increasing wisdom and support in being present and effective in your work as a therapist.

Build Lasting Connections: Celebrate the power of community as you form new relationships with fellow therapists - and deepen old ones - sharing insights, experiences, and support in a safe, collaborative environment.

Recharge Your Spirit: With guided sessions in nature, meditation, and creative exploration, you’ll restore your inner balance and rediscover the joy that initially drew you to the healing profession.

Let this be your time to reflect, recharge, and rediscover the inspiration that fuels your passion for psychotherapy and healing.

This is not a professional training or academic conference.  This retreat offers a holistic approach to growth and renewal, as we come together as mental health professionals in support of health and well-being.  You will be able to choose different workshops that support inside-out learning, nourish your soul, and provide meaningful connection with peers in a nurturing environment.

Led by CTTC Faculty Brad Kammer, Stefanie Klein and Marcia Black, as well as 30 workshop facilitators from our community, we will enjoy early morning mindfulness and movement practices, morning facilitated discussion groups, lunch-time nature-based activities, afternoon experiential workshops, and evening community events.  Organic meals will be prepared that will allow us to be together while nourishing our minds, bodies and souls.  And of course, as an agency-based community, there will be time for you to be on your own, exploring nature, connecting with friends, or just resting in a beautiful environment at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range.
