Masters Active Coaching Groups

with CTTC Faculty Brad Kammer, Stefanie Klein, and Marcia Black

Join us for deeper immersion in Master’s Level Active Coaching—where experienced NARM® Faculty will support you in integrating the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal foundations of NARM. You will continue receiving individualized care and guidance, while enhancing your NARM clinical skills. These groups are designed to support you with increased confidence, competence, clinical ease, and creativity.

  • What You'll Experience

    • Two live coaching practice groups in each session

    • Volunteer therapists and clients engage in guided practice

    • Group debriefs where all participants are invited to contribute with reflections, insights, and questions

    • Individualized feedback from NARM trainers, mindful of performance anxiety and geared toward care and support in the learning process

    • A group learning environment where you can deepen your integration and embodiment of NARM®

  • How it Works

    • Each Active Coaching Group runs for 2 hours and includes two practices.

    • In each group, 2 therapists and 2 clients are selected from volunteers.

      • If there are more than 4 volunteers, a lottery will be used to select the therapists and clients.

    • Observers engage as active learners — participating in reflection, debriefs, and Q&A

    • During practice:

      • Only the facilitator, therapists, and clients will have cameras on.

      • Observers remain muted but are encouraged to use chat or the “raise hand” feature for questions.

    • Group debriefs invite all participants into discussion and shared learning.

  • Who's Welcome

    • Any NARM Student who has begun their NARM Masters Training, in addition to graduates of the NARM Master Therapist Training (former Level 3 Training)

    • No matter how long ago you completed your training, all NARM Master Therapists are welcome to attend
