2024 NARM® Master Therapist Training
Registration - Step One:
hanks for your interest in applying to the 2024 Level 3 NARM® Master Therapist Training! The first step in completing your application is to pay your application fee and complete your tuition payment plan registration. Tuition payment plans will be activated if you are accepted into the training. If you're denied from the training, your tuition registration will be canceled and you will not be charged. Application fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility: To participate in the Level 3 NARM® Master Therapist Training, you must have completed all four modules of the Level 2 NARM® Therapist Training by the time the training begins, and be a licensed mental health professional (Psychologists, Social Workers, MFTs, Counselors) or an active mental health graduate student/intern working toward licensure.
It is highly encouraged – but not required – that you have completed your Level 2 NARM® Therapist consult requirements to assure that you are getting the most out of your Level 3 NARM® Masters training experience.
Tuition Payment Plan: Pending your acceptance into the training, the first of three payments will process on February 21, 2024. Two subsequent payments will be processed on May 21, 2024, and August 21, 2024.
Graduate Students & Interns: If you are currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health related field or are currently a clinical intern, you may qualify for our Student/Intern tuition pricing. If you meet either criteria listed above, please click here to complete your registration.

We recognize that enrolling in the NARM® Therapist Training is a commitment on several levels, one of which is financial. Participants are expected to attend for the duration of the training for which they are enrolled and to make tuition payments on time. Although we also recognize that under certain conditions, students may have to cancel or withdraw. Partial refunds may be available to students who cancel their registration or withdraw their enrollment from a training, provided they adhere to this Refund Policy:
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given if a training is canceled by us.
The application fee is non-refundable.
Participants cancelling within 21 days of a training module start date will be refunded 50% of that module's tuition.
Participants cancelling within 7 days of a training module start date will be refunded 25% of that module's tuition.
For participants that pay in full and withdraw mid-training, the appropriate prorated amount will be refunded.
No refund will be issued for no‐shows or if registration is cancelled within 24 hours before the training. No exceptions will be made.
Partial refunds are not awarded for those who miss portions of the live online training.
Transfer Policy:
Tuition may be transferred to a new location/cohort at no additional cost, if the request is made at least 22 days prior to the training module's start date.
Participants who transfer between 21 days and 24 hours before the training module's start date will be required to pay a transfer fee of $100.
Tuition transfers are not available for no-shows or if the transfer request is made within 24 hours before the training module. No exceptions will be made.
Transfers that require a break from training for the duration of 12 month or more will require the completion of a video review of the previous module and a Review Consult. Review Consult provider charges will apply.
All modules of the training need to be completed within a maximum of 36 months. Individuals who cannot complete the training within that time frame, will be required to retake the training in its entirety.
To cancel your registration you must email admin@complextraumatrainingcenter.com at least one week prior to the subsequent training weekend.
