Transform Your Relationship with Cultural & Intergenerational Trauma Dynamics—From the Inside-Out
The effects of unresolved cultural and intergenerational trauma shape our communities, our clients, and the polarized world we inhabit. We live in a time of growing division, objectification, and dehumanization, and it can feel natural to experience helplessness and hopelessness as we relate to these processes as something “out there,” beyond us. Yet the most powerful way to understand and transform cultural and intergenerational trauma begins by recognizing how these same dynamics also live within us—and by cultivating the capacity to live in a fragmented world with greater connection, resilience, and heartfulness.
Cultural & Intergenerational Trauma from the Inside-Out is a 2-day, experiential workshop designed for therapists who want to deepen their relational presence and expand their clinical effectiveness by exploring collective, historical wounds through a personal and embodied lens. By depathologizing cultural and intergenerational trauma dynamics, we open space to humanize both ourselves and our clients.
Rather than focusing solely on theory, this training invites participants to engage in meaningful self-inquiry and experiential practices that uncover how patterns of polarization, objectification, and disconnection live within all of us —often subtly, unconsciously, and protectively. By turning toward our own lived experience, we can more compassionately understand and skillfully work with unresolved cultural and intergenerational trauma in the therapeutic space.
Facilitated by Brad Kammer, LMFT, LPCC—internationally recognized educator, author, and trauma therapist—this workshop provides a rare opportunity for therapists to receive experiential guidance and mentorship in bridging deep personal insight with embodied, relational clinical work.
