Join us for immersive Active Coaching Groups—space to take risks, receive guidance, and integrate your learning. Whether you step in as therapist, client, or observer, you’ll return to your practice with new clarity, embodied confidence, and real momentum.

Volunteers serve as therapists or clients; others participate as active observers
Structured debriefs where all contribute reflections, questions, and insights
Feedback from senior NARM trainers, tailored to each role and case
A learning container where you can test, reflect, and deepen your embodiment of NARM®

How the Group Works
Each Active Coaching Group runs for 2 hours and includes two practices.
In each group, 2 therapists and 2 clients are selected from volunteers. If there are more than 4 volunteers, a lottery will be used to select the therapists and clients.
Observers join as active learners — engaging in debriefs, reflection, and Q&A.

During practice:
Only the facilitator, therapists, and clients will have cameras on.
Observers remain muted but are encouraged to use chat or the “raise hand” feature for questions.
Group debriefs invite all participants into discussion and shared learning.

Who Can Join
- Anyone who has begun or completed the NARM Therapist Training (former the Level 2 Training)
- No matter how long ago you completed your training, we welcome you to attend and engage.

Consult Details
- Consult Length: 2 hours
- Time: Tuesdays from 10:00 AM -12 PM Pacific Time
- Cost: $75 per active coaching group
- Consult Credits: Training participants working towards their NARM® Therapist Certificate will receive one Active Coaching credit for attending.
